The SDS Group is a specialist document scanning bureau, offering comprehensive scanning services (both bulk and specialised), and bespoke document management software solutions.

The group of companies (each of which has its own particular area of expertise) was formed in 1994, and has been in existence for over twenty years. We are experts both in document scanning and digitisation, and in the creation of archiving contingency systems with bespoke search and retrieval database solutions.

We have designed and implemented solutions for all areas and markets of the UK economy and industry Sectors including: public and private sectors, organisations, associations, societies, clubs, local government, PLCs, SMEs, charities, PCTs, utilities, universities, schools and colleges, and retail.

Our vision is to provide the optimum document and information management systems specifically tailored to the needs of each client, whilst accumulating expertise for the benefit of every future and current client.

We also aim to provide a service whereby we preserve and protect every client’s data and information, and ensure disaster recovery, and to help our clients obtain the greatest use and value from their original data.
